Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

If your orders is incorrect, damaged, or unusable in some way, we will do our best to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Any refunds will be offered at management’s discretion. We may ask for further information regarding your refund request.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.

We ask that you speak with us before initiating any kind of dispute or chargeback.

We vehemently challenge all credit card payment disputes and have a system of documentation in place sufficient enough to convince credit card providers that a dispute is not warranted.

Repeated disputes will be referred to your local district attorney as evidence of intentional fraudulent transactions. 

Seriously, reach out to us first and we’ll do what we can to make everything right. (Remember, buyer’s remorse isn’t a vaild reason for a refund with these products.)

Once a determination of a refund has been made, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@felixchem.is.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@felixchem.comto request a replacement.
